Every tomorrow has two handles. We can take hold of it with the handle of anxiety or the handle of faith.

— Henry Ward Beecher

GRATITUDE

WHAT THIS MEANS

The future does not arrive with a fixed emotional weight; how you take hold of it decides much of what it costs you. Gripped with dread, tomorrow becomes a rehearsal of everything that could go wrong, and you live the bad version before it happens or fails to. Held with some trust, the same unknown day stays an unknown day. The facts are identical. Your grip is the part you choose.

Notice tomorrow morning which hand reaches first. When it is the anxious one, name a single thing you can actually do, and leave the rest to the day itself.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What do you reach for first when tomorrow feels uncertain?
