RESILIENCE
Some of what weighs on you will not move, however hard you push at it. The relief in that is easy to miss: once a thing is genuinely fixed, the struggle against it becomes a second burden on top of the first. Bearing is not approval, and it is not giving up on everything. It is setting down the part of the effort that was never going to work.
Pick one thing you have been arguing with in your head. Ask honestly whether anything you do this week could change it. If the answer is no, spend that energy on how you live alongside it instead.
What are you still fighting that will not move?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
