What wisdom can you find that is greater than kindness?

LEADERSHIP
Cleverness gets more credit, but it is rarely what a moment calls for. Most of the time, knowing what to do means knowing how someone will feel, and kindness works that out faster than analysis does. It is also the one response you will almost never regret having chosen.
Next time you are weighing how to handle someone, ask what would be kind before you ask what would be shrewd. Then do that much, without attaching a lesson to it. You will often find it was the sound move as well, though that is not the reason to do it.
Where would being kind be the smartest thing you could do?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
