When the coach is loud, listen for the information and leave the volume.

RESILIENCE
Two things arrive in the same sentence when someone shouts at you, the content and the delivery. The delivery is about them, their pressure, their habits, the scoreline. The content might be accurate and useful, and it gets thrown out along with the tone if you stop listening. Separating them is a skill you will use long after this coach.
After the next time it happens, write down the actual instruction in one line, with the volume removed. If the tone crosses into something that is not coaching, that is a separate problem worth telling an adult you trust.
What useful instruction was buried inside someone shouting at you?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
