Losing the scholarship takes money, not ability. One of those is replaceable.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Funding and capacity are separate things that an award bundles together. When the money goes it takes real options with it, and pretending that is not a serious problem would be dishonest. What it does not remove is what you can do, which is the part that took years to build.

Find out what other funding exists at your school and ask the office directly rather than guessing from a website. Look at the slower paths as well, part time, a year out, transferring. Keep the skills sharp while the money question gets solved, because that piece is yours.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What can you still do that no funding decision removed?
