The thing you barely survived is the exact thing someone behind you needs a guide for.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Having come through something difficult leaves you with detailed knowledge no observer has. You know where it gets worst, which advice was useless, what actually helped, and roughly how long it took. Somebody a year or two behind you is in the early part of it right now with none of that. Being useful to them is not a duty, and it is available if you want it.
Nothing requires you to tell your whole story to anybody. One honest, small, true thing is usually enough. Wait until you are steady before you offer it.
Who is walking into something you already came through?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
