Ownership turns frustration into a task list.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Frustration is a formless state that can run indefinitely. Ownership converts it into something with edges: specific things you could do, in an order, starting today. The feeling does not have to disappear, but it stops being the only thing present.
Next time you are stuck in irritation about a situation, write three concrete actions available to you, however minor. Do one. The shift from feeling to task is usually what breaks the loop.
What single task hides inside the thing frustrating you most?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
