Collect rejections like stamps. A thick book of them means you’ve actually been traveling.

RESILIENCE
A person with no rejections has either been extremely lucky or has not asked for very much. Each no is evidence you put yourself somewhere you were not guaranteed, and the count is a record of range rather than of failure. Nobody with an interesting life is holding a clean sheet.
Start counting them on purpose. A note on your phone with the date and what you went for. Aim to add to it instead of protecting it, and notice that around the tenth entry the whole thing stops feeling like a verdict on you.
How many rejections have you collected in the past year?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
