Repeating the hottest take on your timeline isn’t having an opinion. It’s being a speaker for someone else’s.

Restating the take everybody in your feed already agrees with feels like having an opinion, because it produces the same reactions one would. Nothing was risked and nothing was worked out. A real position has edges you had to find yourself, which means being able to say what would change your mind and where your view gets uncomfortable. Borrowed certainty always sounds more confident than the real thing.
Before you repost the argument, try writing your version without any of its phrases. If you cannot get past a sentence, you have not thought it yet. Sit with the question a day longer and let the answer be less tidy.
Which opinion of yours arrived through your feed, not your thinking?
