Let people see the beginner before demanding they only see the expert.

Waiting until you are good enough to be seen means never being seen, because the skill you are waiting for is usually built in public. Letting people watch you be a beginner is uncomfortable and it is also the only path from beginner to anything else. Most people who seem to have appeared fully formed simply had an earlier, unwatched audience.

Share something before it is impressive. Frame it honestly as early work. The permission you give yourself to be visibly learning is what makes the learning possible at all.
