Creativity isn’t just for art class. Making dinner out of three random ingredients counts.

Creativity is solving something with the pieces actually in front of you. A fridge with three odd ingredients and a pot of rice is the same problem as a blank page with a deadline, which is limited material, no instructions, and something has to exist by tonight. Filing it all under art class narrows it so far that people decide they are not creative because they cannot draw.

Notice where you already improvise. Cooking, rearranging a room, patching a broken strap, finding a faster route. Call it creative work out loud this week, because that is the same muscle bigger things will need.
