Carrying a group project is annoying. It’s also exactly what leading feels like.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Doing more than your share while nobody thanks you is genuinely irritating, and it is also what being responsible for something actually feels like. Leading is rarely the version in films. Mostly it is noticing what has not been done, doing it, and keeping the thing moving while other people are somewhere else. The resentment is fair and the practice is real.

Instead of silently absorbing everything, name the pieces out loud and ask who takes which. Then carry whatever is left over. You will learn more from that week than the grade will show.
