Interruptions get filed as wasted time almost automatically, because the plan you had is the only version you can see. Sometimes the delay puts you beside a person you would never have met on schedule. That is not a promise that every setback is secretly a gift, and it does not make a flat tire fun. It only means the ledger is not closed the second things go wrong.

When a day comes apart, look up before you look at your phone. See who is actually standing there. You might say nothing at all, and that is fine, but at least you were in the room you were in.
