Washing dishes at a job nobody brags about can still be worship if your heart shows up.

Repetitive work is not automatically meaningless. Two people can do the same shift, the same plates, the same hour, and one is grinding through it while the other is actually present, and the difference is not the task. Attention is what changes it. A plain job done carefully, with your heart in the room, turns into worship without anybody announcing it.
Take one hour of your next shift and do it without narrating how much you hate it. Work carefully instead of fast. See whether time moves differently once you stop waiting for the hour to end.
Which boring task could you do wholeheartedly tomorrow instead of resentfully?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
