The best glow-ups show up in how you treat people.

Whatever changes on the outside is the easiest thing to see and the least interesting. Real change in somebody tends to show up in smaller places: they stopped needing to win conversations, they remember what you told them last time, they are decent to people who can do nothing for them. That kind takes much longer and cannot be photographed.

Pick one of those instead of a surface project this month. Be the person who follows up, or the one who talks to the new kid. Nobody will comment on it, and everybody will notice.
