Anything you cannot do yet looks like one impossible block from outside. Fluent speech, a guitar solo, somebody reading a game three moves ahead: none of that is a single ability, it is several hundred small ones stacked up over years. From inside, the person doing it is only running the next step, the same as you would.

Break what you want into the smallest first piece and do that alone. Twenty words, one chord, one drill. The whole thing is unlearnable, and the pieces are not.
