When the plan falls apart, keep the lessons and the people. Replace everything else.

A collapsed plan takes the schedule with it, but not what you learned or who stood next to you while it happened. Those two things transfer to whatever comes next and lose no value in the move. Everything else, the timeline, the title, the specific route, was always replaceable. Sorting the wreckage into keep and discard is most of the recovery.
Make the two lists while it is still fresh, before the story hardens into something simpler. Write down the skills you now have and the names of people who showed up. Reach out to one of those people this week for no particular reason.
When something of yours collapsed, what was worth carrying out?
