One bad week doesn’t delete a good month. Progress saves automatically.

CREATIVITY

WHAT THIS MEANS

Rough stretches feel like they cancel everything, but the work you already did is still in you. Skills do not evaporate over seven days, and neither does the evidence that you can do the thing. The all or nothing reading is what turns a bad week into a bad season, because it makes restarting feel pointless. Nothing was erased while you were struggling.

Count what you did in the last month rather than judging the last few days. Restart at the normal size, not with a punishing version to make up for it. Treat the bad week as a gap in the record, not a deletion of it.
