Moving out shows you who used to quietly handle everything. Call them.

Living on your own makes visible a long list of tasks that used to complete themselves. Somebody bought the things that were always in the cupboard, noticed when the bills were due, and kept a household running underneath your daily life. That work was invisible precisely because it was done well. Realizing it later is normal and not a failure of gratitude.
If there is someone who did that for you, say something specific rather than general thanks. Name one thing you have just discovered takes effort. If that person is not in your life, notice instead who does the quiet work in the rooms you are in now.
Who handled things at home before you noticed it was work?
