Influence is mostly small stuff: who you include, who you ignore, what you laugh at.

LEADERSHIP
Nobody hands out influence in a ceremony. It builds up in tiny choices other people watch you make: the seat you save, the name you remember, the joke you let slide. Small enough to feel like nothing, frequent enough to become a pattern, and people read the pattern long before they read anything you say about yourself.
Pick one ordinary moment this week and handle it on purpose. Say hello to the person who usually gets skipped, or stay quiet when the laugh would cost someone something. You will not feel powerful doing it, and that is roughly what it feels like from the inside.
Who did you include or ignore in the past week?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
