Watch who you cheer for. Your applause tells everyone what you value.

LEADERSHIP

WHAT THIS MEANS

Applause is a vote you cast in public. Whatever you hype gets a little more oxygen, and people around you take note of what earns your reaction. Cheer only for the loudest and you have quietly told the room that is the price of admission. Cheer for effort, or for whoever fixed something boring, and the room adjusts to that instead.

Keep a count this week of what makes you react. If it is all the same kind of thing, pick one quieter win and make noise about it. Nobody will notice the shift except the person you cheered.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Who do you celebrate loudest, and what does that reveal?
