A difficult week does not erase months of disciplined evidence.

REFLECTION
Months of consistent effort leave real evidence, in your skills, your work, and the record of what you have actually done. A hard week does not reach back and delete any of it. It only feels that way because the recent is vivid and the accumulated is quiet.
When a bad week has you doubting the whole thing, look at the actual record rather than at your mood. Count what exists now that did not exist six months ago. The evidence outranks the feeling.
