Become dependable enough that temptation feels inconsistent with your identity.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Once something is genuinely part of who you are, most temptations stop presenting themselves as real options. They do not need to be resisted because they do not fit, and the internal argument never starts. That is a much lighter way to live than winning the same fight repeatedly.
Rather than trying to resist a particular pull, work on being reliable in that area over months. Identity is built from repetition, and it does more of the work than willpower ever will.
What behaviour would feel unlike you if you tried it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
