The easiest time to build integrity is before integrity becomes expensive.

Integrity built when nothing is at stake costs almost nothing. Built later, under pressure and with something real to lose, it costs a great deal and may not be possible at all. The prices are wildly different for the same behaviour, and the cheap window is the one you are in now.

Use the current period, whatever it is, to settle the questions you will face when they are expensive. Decide now what you will not do. It is much harder to decide with money or status in the room.
