A full schedule and a full life aren’t the same thing. Check which one you’re building.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Being busy is easy to mistake for being alive, because both leave you tired. A packed week can be full of obligations you took because saying no felt rude, or because an empty square looked like failure. Time spent is not the same measurement as time that meant something. Plenty of people run at capacity for years and cannot name one thing they are building.

Write out what you actually did last week, hour blocks, no editing. Mark the ones you would choose again. If the marked ones are thin on the ground, the problem is not that you need better time management, it is that something needs cutting.
