Nobody’s going to hand you a personality. You build one out of decisions.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Character is not issued to you at a certain age and it is not hiding somewhere waiting to be found. It accumulates. What you read, who you spend time with, what you refuse to laugh at, whether you do the thing you said you would: repeated enough, those become the shape people recognize as you.
Pick one decision you can make the same way five times this week. Anything small and real: you go, you tell the truth about a mistake, you put the phone down when someone is talking. Repetition is the whole mechanism.
Which decision of yours built a piece of who you are?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
