A strong mindset isn’t never feeling weak. It’s knowing weak isn’t permanent.

Strength gets pictured as never dipping. The workable version is knowing a low stretch is a state and not a permanent setting. A flat week lies convincingly about the future, insisting it has always been like this and always will be. Recognizing the lie while it is running is most of the skill.
Think of one low patch you have already come out of and try to remember roughly how long it lasted. That number is useful, because it is evidence from your own life rather than reassurance from somebody else. If a stretch keeps going and nothing lifts it, that is worth telling someone about.
What did you believe during a low week that later passed?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
