Your standards don’t have to match your situation.

REFLECTION
Conditions set the constraints, not how you do things inside them. A small room, an old kit, a job nobody respects, a school with nothing in the budget: none of that decides whether your work is careful, whether you are on time, whether you keep your word. People conflate the two constantly and end up lowering themselves to match their surroundings.
Choose one standard to hold this week no matter what the conditions look like. Turn up on time, finish what you start, speak decently about people who are not there. Hold it somewhere nobody would blame you for dropping it, because that is where it counts.
Where do you lower your standards to fit your circumstances?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
