“Natural talent” is usually just hours you didn’t see.

You meet people at their current level, never at their beginning. All the fumbling is in the past and invisible, so the word talent arrives to explain a gap you did not witness. It is a comfortable explanation for both sides: they get to seem naturally gifted, you get an excuse not to start. Some people do pick things up faster, and almost nobody is good at something they have not done a great deal of.

Ask the next person who impresses you how long they have been doing it and what the first year looked like. Then apply the same math to whatever you are learning.
