A clear head makes better calls than a busy one.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Judgment runs on capacity, and capacity drops when you are tired, hungry, angry, or four tabs deep in something else. The decision you make at one in the morning is made by a different and much worse version of you, and it will look strange by Tuesday. That is not a flaw in your character, it is the same thing that happens to everyone at the end of a long day.
Move the important calls into good conditions. Nothing big decided late, nothing sent while furious, nothing agreed to while walking out the door. Sleep, eat, then decide.
Which choice should you postpone until your head is quieter?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
