A personality quiz can describe you. It can’t sentence you.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

A result can be a decent description of how you tend to behave right now. Trouble starts when the label turns into a life sentence and you begin using it as a reason: I do not do that, I am the type who cannot, that is just how I am. Descriptions become predictions if you let them, and then the prediction organizes the behavior. A four letter code has no authority over your Thursday.

Catch yourself using a type as a reason not to attempt something. Then do the thing once anyway, badly, just to see. The quiz does not update when you change.
