Your job title tells people what you do. Your habits tell them who you are.

A title describes a slot you occupy; habits describe what you reliably do, which is a much better prediction of anything. Anyone can hold a position badly, and plenty do. Whether you answer messages, whether you turn up on time, whether you finish what you said you would: those are visible to everyone around you. People trust the pattern, not the label.
Pick one habit that is currently telling a story you do not like and change it in one small place. Reply within the day, or turn up five minutes early to the thing you usually stroll into. Small and repeated beats big and announced.
What would someone learn watching your ordinary Tuesday?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
