A team where nobody ever disagrees with the captain is a team with a lot of quiet opinions.

Agreement in a group is often just the absence of a safe way to disagree. If pushing back has ever cost someone, everyone learns quickly, and what looks like unity becomes a room full of people with views they keep to themselves. The captain then makes decisions using only their own information. The opinions did not go away, they went quiet.
If you are the one in charge, ask for the objection by name and thank the first person who gives you one, visibly. If you are not, say your version once, early and without heat. A disagreement said out loud is worth more than ten held back.
