Speed hands the microphone to the loudest part of you. The sharp line comes first because it costs nothing to think of, and typing it feels like relief for roughly nine seconds. Then it sits in the thread forever, screenshotted, with your name attached. The version you would actually stand behind usually needs a few minutes you did not feel like giving it.

Write it if you need to, then do not send it. Put the phone down, go do one physical thing, come back. Most of the time what you send will be shorter and better.
