Some chapters of your life are private. Not everything is a season finale for the timeline.

Not every experience survives being turned into content. Some things need to stay unexplained for a while so you can work out what they meant to you rather than what they meant to an audience. Posting closes that question early. Keeping something private is not the same as hiding it, and choosing to hold it is not the same as being ashamed.

Take one good thing happening right now and decide not to share it for a month. Tell one person face to face instead. See whether it still feels complete without the confirmation.
