Some connections expire because you learned the lesson they were built to teach.

GRATITUDE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Not every ending is a failure. Some relationships genuinely do their work, whether that was getting you through a period, showing you something about yourself, or teaching you what you will not accept again, and then they have nothing further to do. Trying to preserve them past that point can turn something good into something strained. Letting go is not a verdict on what it was.

When a connection is fading without conflict, consider whether it has simply completed. You can be grateful for what it was without needing to sustain it. Some things are meant to be a section of your life rather than the whole of it.
