Somebody probably did something for you this week that you never noticed. Assume it and say thanks anyway.

A lot of what makes your week work happens out of sight. Somebody covered for you, put in a word, cleaned something up, or decided not to mention the part you got wrong. Most of it never surfaces, because the people doing it are not after credit and would be a bit embarrassed to be caught at it. Assuming it happened is closer to the truth than assuming it did not.

Thank two people this week for something you cannot fully prove they did. Thank a parent for a thing you have never once mentioned. Being wrong about it costs nothing, and being right lands hard.
