A quiet day can accomplish things your nervous system has been requesting for weeks.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
A nervous system that has been asking for quiet does not need a grand intervention. It needs an ordinary day with fewer demands, less noise, and no urgency, and it will often settle further in that one day than in weeks of resolving to manage stress better. The request has probably been there for a while, expressed as irritability, poor sleep, or a low background tension.
Find one day, or even one afternoon, and strip it back. No plans, no screens if you can manage it, nothing to complete. Then notice what changes by evening.
What have you put off that only real quiet would fix?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
