Public achievement is almost always a collective product with one name attached, and the attachment is often an accident of role rather than a measure of contribution. The people who go unnamed did work the outcome depended on. Their absence from the story says something about how stories get told, not about what actually happened.

Name the people who helped you, out loud and specifically, whenever you get the chance. And if you are currently one of the unnamed, the work is still real. Keep your own record of what you did, because that is useful later.
