Credentials open a door once and then stop being interesting to anyone, including you. What people carry from working alongside you is whether your presence made the ordinary days lighter or heavier. That gets built in small exchanges, not in any record of achievement.

Think about one person whose week you could make simpler, and do the concrete thing rather than offering to help in general. Take the task nobody claimed, answer the question quickly, warn someone about the thing coming. Over years this becomes what your name means to the people who were there.
