LEADERSHIP
Children learn far more from watching than from being told, and what they absorb is the ordinary stuff: how money is discussed, how anger is handled, whether the dishes get done. Those patterns pass down without anyone deciding to teach them. You are, quietly, writing the default settings for people who do not exist yet.
Choose one habit you would be content to see repeated by someone who copies you, and work on it for its own sake. Choose one you would not, and interrupt it where it starts. Neither needs an announcement, and both will outlast the effort.
Which of your habits would you want a child copying?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
