Choosing what to leave out is a skill. Great curators are editors of the whole world.

CREATIVITY
Every inclusion spends a little of a reader’s attention, and attention runs out. Curation is the work of deciding what deserves that spend, and it is harder than gathering because it requires a position rather than an appetite. Anyone can collect; only someone with a view can cut.
Take something you have assembled and remove a third of it. Notice which removals hurt and ask why. The discomfort you feel while cutting is usually attachment rather than judgment, and learning to tell those apart is most of the craft.
Which parts would you leave out to make it sharper?
