Nehemiah didn’t rebuild a wall alone. Your calling probably needs a crew too.

LEADERSHIP
Large work is almost never solitary, even when one name ends up attached to it. Someone organized the materials, someone kept the food coming, someone stood watch while others built, and the story survives because a group held different sections of the same wall. Insisting on doing it alone is usually about pride or fear of asking, and it caps the thing at whatever one person can carry.
Write down what you are attempting and where you are clearly short. Ask three specific people for one specific thing each. Give them real responsibility rather than errands.
Who would you actually ask to help with your biggest project?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
