Every hero of faith had a messy chapter. You’re in good company.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Every long account of a faithful life contains a stretch nobody would use as an example. The people held up as models were dishonest, frightened, angry or absent at some point, and those chapters are kept in the record rather than edited out. That inclusion is the useful part, because it means a bad chapter is not disqualifying.
If you are in one right now, do not treat it as the end of the story. Be honest about it, get help with it, and keep going. The chapter you are in is not the whole book.
