The Spirit is less like a map and more like a voice saying “turn here” right when you need it.

Wanting the whole route in advance is understandable and generally denied. Guidance tends to arrive at the junction rather than in advance, which feels like being kept in the dark when you would prefer a plan. Turn by turn is enough to get you somewhere. It is not enough to let you check whether you approve of the destination first.

Act on the instruction you already have rather than waiting for the rest of it. The next right thing is usually visible: the apology, the application, the phone call. Do that, and pay attention at the next junction instead of trying to see the whole route.
