A person can become overloaded entirely with worthwhile things.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Overload is usually assumed to come from doing things you should not be doing. Just as often it comes from a collection of genuinely good commitments, each defensible, that together exceed what one person can carry. The worthiness of the individual items is precisely what makes the total so hard to reduce.
If you are overloaded, accept that some of what you cut will be good. That is the nature of the problem. Choose by what only you can do rather than by what deserves doing.
Which good thing do you need to put down anyway?
