Rewrite your bio as the person you’re becoming, then spend the year making it true.

Describing yourself as you currently are keeps you there. The words you use become a kind of ceiling, and every time you introduce yourself with the old description you reinforce it, both for other people and for the part of you that is listening. Language runs slightly ahead of identity when you let it.

Write two lines about the person you are actively becoming, not a fantasy version, just the next honest step. Then look at your week and find the hours that would make those lines true. Adjust the hours, not the sentence.
