Nobody arrives finished, and the version of you standing here was never meant to be the last one. Treating yourself as a draft removes the pressure to defend every position you have ever taken out loud. It also lets you revise without feeling like a fraud. Accuracy matters more than consistency.

Find one thing you have been holding onto mainly because you announced it once. Ask whether you still believe it or only committed to it. Changing your answer in front of other people is allowed.
