Someone saying “I’ll vouch for them” is worth more than any follower count. Earn a few of those.

A number next to your name says how many people have seen you. A person willing to put their own reputation behind yours says something else entirely, because they are risking something real if you turn out to be a disappointment. That kind of backing gets built slowly and privately, in the ordinary work nobody posts about.

Think of three people who could honestly speak for you, and what you did to deserve that. If the list is thin, the fix is not visibility. It is finishing what you said you would finish for someone who noticed.
