A bad boss is a live demonstration of what not to become. Take notes.
LEADERSHIP
LEADERSHIP
Bad management teaches by demonstration, and the lesson lands harder than any book because you are paying the cost directly. You learn exactly how it feels to be micromanaged, left without information, or blamed for something you had no part in. None of that makes the situation fair or worth staying in.
While you are there, write down the specific behaviours and what each one did to the room. Be precise, since vague resentment teaches nothing. That list becomes a standard you can hold yourself to later.
What has a bad manager taught you about how not to lead?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
